Breathable, easy cleaning microfilament fabric does not hold moisture. Generously cut armholes and short waist design allow for increased freedom of movement while providing a secure fit. VELCROŽ brand fastener strapping makes this vest adaptable to all athletic sizes and builds. Easily removable front and back weights allow for overall weight adjustment. Floating metal O-ring for attaching resistance trainers. Heavy duty hanging strap for maximum air flow during storage. Includes four 1.5 lb easy loading removable weights. S vest: Waist size = 26"-40". Chest size= 32"-40". Base weight of M/L vest is approximately 5 lbs. Total weight= 11 lbs. Waist size= 32" - 42". Chest size= 38" - 46". Base weight of XL vest is approximately 10 lbs. Total weight= 16 lbs. Waist size= 40" - 52". Chest size= 44" - 52".
